Role Purpose

Participate in and/or may lead performance improvement projects and/or act as primary performance improvement resource using methodologies and tools within the BJC defined Transformation Core Competencies (Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, Project Management, Rational Thinking Processes etc.) in order to achieve desired project goals and business outcomes. Contribute to the development of best practices and optimization of resources and tools within projects and across performance improvement efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Participates in performance improvement project efforts by providing a range of roles as required by the project plans.
  • Manages key stakeholder relationships through acceptance, planning, and change management.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to the development of curricula associated with Transformation Core Competencies.
  • Develops and delivers key communications to all levels in the organization.
